Crises of Tirana River The River of Tirana is located in the North part of Tirana, in Paskuqan. The River is formed from the confluence of the rivers  Gjole  and  Zezë , a few kilometers northwest of  Fushë-Krujë . It flows into the  Adriatic Sea  near the town of  Ishëm . The length of the watercourse is recorded in different sources as between 74 and 79 kilometers. Paskuqan  is a city and a former municipality in the  Tirana County , central  Albania . At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality  Kamëz . The population at the 2011 census was 37,349.
